Jeju Real Estate Sentiment Soars

Consumer sentiment in the Jeju real estate market is showing signs of improvement.

According to the Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements, Jeju’s real estate consumer sentiment index last month stood at 98.8, up 6 points from the previous month, marking the largest increase among 17 cities and provinces nationwide.

The housing market led the improvement, with its sentiment index exceeding 100, while the land market remains sluggish at the 70s level.
