Jeju Province held a ‘Jeju Day’ event in Singapore, targeting the ASEAN market.

On the 17th (local time) over 200 attended including Governor Oh Young-hun, members of the Jeju Provincial Council, the Economic and Trade Promotion Agency, Jeju Tourism Organization, Jeju International Convention Center, and business representatives from Jeju and Singapore.

Prominent figures including the Deputy Director of the Singapore Tourism Board and the Co-Founder of AirAsia attended, expressing significant interest in Jeju.

The three-day event facilitated cultural exchange and served as a platform for practical economic cooperation, including export consultations for Jeju companies and a tourism briefing session.

싱가포르 현지에서 '제주의 날' 행사를 개최하며
아세안 시장 공략에 나섰습니다.

현지 시간 17일에 열린 이번 행사에는
오영훈 지사를 비롯해
제주도의회와 경제통상진흥원,
제주관광공사, 제주국제컨벤션센터,
제주와 싱가포르 기업인 등 200여 명이 참석했습니다.

특히 싱가포르 관광청 부국장, 에어아시아 공동설립자 등
현지 주요 인사와 기업인들이 참석해
제주에 대한 뜨거운 관심을 보였습니다.

사흘동안 이어진 이번 행사는
문화교류 뿐 아니라 제주기업 수출상담회와 관광 설명회 등
실질적인 경제협력의 장으로 활용됩니다.
