The number of unsold homes in Jeju slightly decreased but remains above 2,400 units.

According to housing statistics from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport, unsold homes in Jeju reached 2,411 units in September, down 0.8% from the previous month.

Unoccupied homes, classified as unsold, fell by 1.3% to 1,390 units after completion.

September’s home transaction volume dropped 25.8% compared to the five-year average, exacerbating the unsold housing issue, which remains unresolved.



제주 미분양 주택 2천400호대 유지…소폭 감소

제주도내 미분양 주택이 소폭 감소하는데 그치면서 여전히 2천400호 넘게 쌓였습니다.

국토교통부가 발표한 주택통계에 따르면 지난 9월 제주지역 미분양 주택은 2천411호로 전월보다 0.8% 감소했습니다.

악성으로 분류되는 준공 후 미분양 주택은 1천390호로 1.3% 줄었습니다.
지난 9월 주택 매매 거래량이 최근 5년 평균 대비 25.8% 감소하는 등 거래 절벽이 심화되고 고분양가 논란까지 이어지면서 미분양 주택 문제가 해소되지 않고 있는 것으로 분석되고 있습니다.
