The Jeju Self-Governing Police Agency is enhancing its management of the mounted unit’s horses, addressing previous concerns.

A new horse care program has been introduced, involving periodic health checks and adjustments to feed based on individual needs.

Euthanasia will be minimized, with efforts focusing on transferring horses to other institutions free of charge.

Additionally, a retirement plan will be implemented for horses unable to continue their duties.

임무 수행이 어려운 마필을 위한 은퇴 대책도 시행합니다
