This month, the apartment sales outlook index in Jeju has improved, reaching the benchmark level.

The Korea Housing Institute reported a 5.9-point rise in the regional apartment sales outlook index, recording a value of 100.

The index uses 100 as a baseline, indicating that a score below 100 suggests a negative outlook, while a score above 100 reflects a positive outlook.

The institute noted that the rise in new apartment offerings, especially in public land development areas, has boosted the sales outlook for the non-capital region.

전월 대비 5.9포인트 상승한 100을 기록했습니다.


아파트 분양전망지수는 100을 기준으로
지수가 100보다 작으면 부정 전망이,
100보다 크면 긍정 전망이 우세하다는 의미입니다.

연구원은
공공택지지구를 중심으로 신축 아파트 분양 물량이 증가하면서
비수도권 분양시장의 전망이 개선됐다고 설명했습니다.
