Last month, housing prices in Jeju continued to decline across all property types.

According to the Korea Real Estate Board, the overall housing sale price dropped by 0.13% compared to the previous month.

By property type, apartment prices fell by 0.13%, row houses dropped by 0.1%, and single-family homes saw a 0.17% decrease. Both Jeju City and Seogwipo City experienced declines in housing prices.

The price of Jeonse (전세) contracts also dropped by 0.16% compared to the previous month.



제주지역 주택 가격 모든 유형에서 내림세

지난달 제주지역 주택 가격이 전 유형에서 하락세를 이어갔습니다.


한국부동산원에 따르면
지난달 주택종합 매매가격은
전월과 비교해 0.13% 하락했습니다.

주택 유형별로 보면
아파트가 0.13% 내렸으며
연립주택은 0.1%, 단독주택은 0.17% 각각 하락했으며
지역별로는
제주시와 서귀포시 모두 내림세를 보였습니다.

이와 함께
주택 전세가격 역시
전월 대비 0.16% 하락한 것으로 나타났습니다.
