Jeju Air will streamline boarding for passengers eligible for identity-based discounts, including those with disabilities, veterans, independence activists, 4.3 Uprising survivors, and Jeju residents.

Previously, passengers with these discounts were required to present proof of eligibility every time they boarded. With the new system, they can now use a mobile boarding pass without extra documentation.

For their first flight, passengers must present proof of eligibility at the check-in counter. Afterward, no further verification is required during the validity period.
