Due to the impact of the private-sector urban park project, the number of unsold homes in Jeju surpassed 2,800 last month.

According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport's housing statistics for October, there were 2,828 unsold homes in Jeju, marking an increase of 417 homes compared to the previous month.

This is the second-highest figure ever, following 2,837 homes in April.

The large number of unsold homes is primarily due to the development of a massive apartment complex through the Otteungbong (오등봉) Park private-sector project, which has contributed significantly to the overall increase in unsold houses.

지난달 제주지역 미분양 주택이 2천800호를 넘어섰습니다.

지난달 제주도내 미분양주택은 2천828호로
한 달 전보다 417호 급증했습니다.

이는 지난 4월 2천837호에 이어
역대 두 번째로 많은 숫자입니다.

오등봉공원 민간특례사업으로 조성되는
대단지 아파트에서 미분양이 대거 발생해
전체 미분양 주택이 크게 늘어난 것으로 나타났습니다.
