Results of a survey revealed that Jeju residents are at an average level in regards to life satisfaction.

Using last year's social survey data, the Jeju Women and Family Research Institute analyzed the life satisfaction of Jeju residents, revealing an average score of 3.15 out of 5.

By age group, residents in their 30s reported the highest satisfaction at 3.26, while those aged 60 and above had the lowest score of 3.04.

The analysis also showed that higher household income and education levels were linked to greater satisfaction.

Among factors, the housing environment scored the highest at 3.54, followed by the living environment at 3.43. In contrast, transportation scored the lowest at 2.88, and income level was rated even lower at 2.81.



도민 삶의 만족도 '중간수준'…60대 이상 낮아

연령대별로는
30대가 3.26점으로 가장 높은 반면

가구소득과
교육수준이 높을수록 만족도가 큰 것으로 분석됐습니다.

만족 요인 가운데
주거환경 3.54점, 생활환경 3.43점으로 높았고
반대로 교통수단 2.88점,
소득수준의 경우 2.81점으로 상대적으로 낮았습니다.
