Seogwipo (서귀포) City will pay a total of 49 million won in incentives to 706 participants who joined the Vehicle Carbon Neutrality Points Program this year.

This amount represents a 26% increase compared to last year.

Notably, 39% of the recipients received the maximum amount of 100,000 won.

Seogwipo explained that the greenhouse gases reduced, totaling 291 tons, is equivalent to the effect of planting 2,000 30-year-old pine trees.
