Jeju's apartment market continues to experience a downturn amid prolonged real estate stagnation.

According to the Korea Real Estate Board, during the second week of this month, both apartment sale and rent prices dropped by 0.04% compared to the previous week.

While the decline in sale prices slightly narrowed by 0.01 percentage points, rental fees saw a slightly larger drop, increasing by 0.01 percentage points.

Experts attribute the ongoing price declines to weakened buyer sentiment due to the economic downturn and an increase in unsold homes, which continue to drive the downward trend in housing prices.

전세가격 하락폭은 0.01%포인트 확대됐습니다.

부동산 업계는
경기 침체로 매수심리가 위축되고
미분양 주택이 늘면서
주택 가격 하락세가 지속되고 있는 것으로 분석했습니다.
