To ensure the safety of visitors aiming to watch the first sunrise of the new year at Halla Mountain, Jeju is focusing on accident prevention.

The Jeju World Natural Heritage Center has established a safety management plan for allowing nighttime hiking to the summit of Halla Mountain.

Accordingly, they plan to strengthen control lines at the sunrise viewing points and deploy safety personnel.

Additionally, they will conduct inspections of trail facilities and prepare emergency supplies to prevent hypothermia, ensuring preparedness for potential safety accidents.

탐방객들의 안전을 위해
제주도가 사고 예방에 집중합니다.

제주특별자치도 세계유산본부는
한라산 정상 야간 산행 허용
안전관리계획을 수립했습니다.

이에 따라 해돋이 전망대에 통제선을 강화하고
안전관리원을 배치할 계획입니다.

또 탐방로 시설물 점검과
저체온증 예방을 위한
응급구조용 안전용품을 준비하는 등
안전 사고에 대비하겠다고 밝혔습니다.
