Next year, both the standard land and housing prices in Jeju will experience a decline, making them the only ones to decrease across the country.

According to the official announcement by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport, the standard land and housing prices for the year, based on the assessment as of January 1st, will show a decrease compared to the previous year.

The standard land price in Jeju has dropped by 0.26% compared to this year.

Similarly, the price of standard single-family homes in the province has decreased by 0.49% compared to the previous year.

Both the standard land and single-family home prices in Jeju are the only ones to show a decrease among the 17 cities and provinces nationwide.
