The Jeju Provincial Office of Education will begin accepting applications for a support fund for students with chronic illnesses from the 6th.

The program is available to students currently enrolled in kindergartens through high schools, and special schools who are suffering from conditions such as cancer, heart or cerebrovascular, diabetes, or rare diseases. Students who have had to defer or take leave from school for treatment are also eligible.

The support offers up to 3 million KRW annually and can be used for online course fees, extracurricular academy fees, non-covered medical expenses, or living expenses for medical treatment in other regions.

대상은
유치원과 초.중.고, 특수학교에 재학 중인
암이나 심,뇌혈관, 당뇨, 희귀질환을 앓고 있는 난치병 학생들로
치료를 위해
학교를 유예 또는 휴학한 학생도 포함됩니다.

지원은
연간 최고 300만 원이며
온라인 수강료나 예체능 학원비,
또는 비급여 진료비,
다른 지방으로의 진료를 위한 체재비 등으로 쓸 수 있습니다.
