Jeju Province is set to announce a partial revision of the local tax exemption ordinance aimed at expanding housing supply and revitalizing the construction industry.

The draft revision will be open for the public until the 23rd of this month.

Changes include strengthening tax incentives for buyers of small-sized homes and developers of unsold apartments, as well as redesigning the long-standing tax relief program for parking lot installations.

The details of the proposed revision can be found on Jeju Province's website and the online Anti-corruption and Civil Rights Commission portal.
