The Bank of Korea Jeju Branch will conduct a new banknote exchange from January 20 to 24, lasting five days, in preparation for the Lunar New Year holidays.

To improve customer convenience, the exchange limit for 10,000 KRW bills will be increased from 500,000 KRW to 1 million KRW. The exchange limit for 50,000 KRW bills will be 1 million KRW, and for 5,000 KRW bills, it will be 500,000 KRW.

Additionally, due to the time-consuming nature of processing damaged currency and coins, these exchange services will be temporarily suspended during the new banknote exchange period.

신권 교환 기간에 일시 중단합니다.
