The Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) Jeju Regional Headquarters will purchase 268 newly built rental housing units this year to expand housing supply for vulnerable groups and ensure residential stability for local residents.

This is a 30% increase compared to last year, and the public notice for purchases was issued two months earlier than last year, starting on January 21st.

In accordance with the housing supply expansion plan for national residential stability announced by the government in August last year, LH has increased its purchase target across the organization.
