Jeju Special Self-Governing Province has decided to launch a youth challenge support program and is recruiting 120 participants.

The program will be conducted in 5-week, 15-week, and 25-week formats, offering customized courses based on initial consultations to meet the needs of participants.

The program includes confidence-building, career exploration, and employment skill development, with participants receiving participation allowances and incentives ranging from 500,000 to 2.5 million KRW depending on the course type.

After completing the program, participants will receive ongoing support through connections to employment policies, including the National Employment Support System and personalized job information.

자신감 회복과 진로탐색,
취업역량 강화 교육 등으로 구성되며
참여자에게
유형에 따라 50만원에서
250만원의 참여수당과 인센티브가 지급됩니다.

프로그램 이수 후에도
국민취업지원제도와
맞춤형 일자리 정보 제공 등
고용정책과 연계해
취업활동을 지원하고 사후 서비스를 제공하게 됩니다.
