The Province is recruiting participants for the "Long-Term Employment Savings Program" for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) until the 28th of this month.

Under this program, employees who contribute 100,000 KRW monthly
will have 120,000 KRW each matched by their company and the province of Jeju, totaling 340,000 KRW in monthly savings. After 5 years, participants will receive 20.4 million KRW in savings and interest.

Eligible participants are employees aged 40 to 64 who have worked at a small or medium-sized company for at least six months and have an average monthly wage of less than 3.72 million KRW.

Since its launch in 2019, a total of 948 people have joined the program.

오는 28일까지 모집합니다.

이 재형저축 사업은
근로자가 10만원을 적립하면
기업과 제주도가 12만원씩 매달 34만 원이 적립돼
5년 만기 시 2천40만 원의
공제금과 이자를 지급하는 방식으로 운영됩니다.

중소기업에 6개월 이상 근무한
40살 이상 64살 이하 근로자 가운데
3개월 평균 임금이 372만 원 미만이면 참여 가능합니다.

한편, 중소기업 장기재직 재형저축사업은
지난 2019년 첫 시행된 이후 모두 948명이 가입했습니다.
