Jeju City is recruiting business operators to run restaurants and food trucks at the 2025 Fire Festival, which will take place from March 14th to 16th.

Eligible applicants must be registered businesses in Jeju City, either with a restaurant license or a food truck.

The city plans to select 3 restaurant and 10 food truck operators.

Selection will be based on five criteria, including menu originality and pricing appropriateness.

Interested businesses must apply in person at Jeju City’s Hygiene
Management Office by February 17th.

전문음식점 3개소,
푸드트럭 10개소를 모집할 계획입니다.

대상자 선정은
메뉴의 독창성과
가격의 적정성 등 5개 평가 항목을 기준으로 이뤄집니다.

참가를 희망하는 사업자는
오는 17일까지
제주시 위생관리과로 방문해 신청하면 됩니다.
