Jeju City will provide financial aid for university entrance fees to children from low-income single-parent families.

Eligible recipients are freshmen enrolling in universities or accredited institutions, excluding academic credit bank programs and recipients of basic living support.

Each student will receive 1 million KRW, and applications are open until the 14th of next month.
Applicants must submit proof of enrollment and a tuition payment receipt to their local community center.

Last year, Jeju City supported entrance fees for 50 students.

저소득 한부모가족 자녀의 대학 입학금을 지원합니다.

지원 대상은
한부모가족 자녀 가운데
대학 또는 학위인정대학 신입생이며
학점은행제와 기초생계 수급자 등은 제외됩니다.

지원금은
자녀 1인당 100만 원으로
신청은 다음달 14일까지
주소지 읍면동 주민센터에
재학증명서나
대학등록금 납입 영수증을 제출하면 됩니다.

제주시는 지난해 50명의 신입생에게 입학금을 지원했습니다.
