This month, the decline in apartment prices in Jeju has slightly expanded.

According to the Korea Real Estate Agency, in the first week of this month, the decrease in apartment sale prices in Jeju was 0.07%, which is a 0.04 percentage point increase compared to the previous week.

Additionally, during the same period, the drop in rent prices increased from 0.03% to 0.05%.

The continuous decline in apartment prices is attributed to weakening buying sentiment and the accumulation of unsold homes.

0.03%에서 0.05%로 다소 커졌습니다.

매수심리가 위축되고 미분양주택이 쌓이면서
아파트 가격 하락세가 지속되고 있는 것으로 분석됩니다.
