Consumer sentiment in Jeju’s real estate market remained in a neutral phase last month.

According to the Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements, Jeju’s real estate consumer sentiment index rose slightly by 3.6 points from the previous month to 100, maintaining a stable outlook.

By sector, the housing market posted a neutral reading of 103.2, while land market sentiment fell to 71.8, the lowest nationwide, continuing a downward trend.

지난달 제주지역 부동산시장 소비심리가
보합 국면을 유지한 것으로 나타났습니다.

국토연구원 부동산시장정책연구센터에 따르면
지난달 제주지역 부동산시장 소비심리지수는
전월 대비 3.6포인트 소폭 상승한 100으로
보합국면을 유지했습니다.

부동산 유형별 소비심리지수는
주택시장이 103.2로 보합 국면을 보였고
토지시장은 전국에서 가장 낮은 71.8에 그치며
하강 국면을 이어갔습니다.
