Jeju Province collected 1.876 trillion won in local taxes last year.
The province says that is 16.2 billion won above its target.

Major revenue sources included 634 billion won in local consumption tax, 202.4 billion won in vehicle acquisition tax, and 198.8 billion won in property tax.

In contrast, real estate acquisition tax dropped for the fifth consecutive year, falling to 176.6 billion won.

The province says the additional revenue will be used to support the construction industry and strengthen public-service infrastructure.

이같은 실적을 발표하며
목표액을 162억 원 초과한 성과라고 설명했습니다.

전년 보다 증가한 세입을 세목별로 보면
지방소비세 6천 340억 원, 차량 취득세 2천 24억 원, 재산세 1천 988억 원 등입니다.

반면 부동산 취득세는 1천 766억 원으로
5년 연속 감소세를 보였습니다.

제주도는 확충된 세수를
건설경기 부양과 공공서비스 인프라 확충에 집중할 계획입니다.
