Jeju’s completed unsold housing has topped 2,000 for the first time.

According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, the number of unsold homes in Jeju after completion stood at 2,030 in December last year, up 65 units or 3.3 percent, from the previous month.

The total number of unsold homes reached 2,650, an increase of 130 units, or 5.2 percent, compared to the previous month.

As the housing market downturn continues, the number of housing permits issued in Jeju last year fell to 2,200, the third-lowest figure since related statistics were first compiled in 1990.

악성으로 분류되는
제주지역 준공후 미분양 주택이
사상 처음 2천 가구를 넘어섰습니다.

국토교통부가 발표한 주택통계에 따르면
지난해 12월 제주지역 준공후 미분양 주택은 2천30가구로
전달보다 3.3%인 65가구 증가했습니다.

이와 함께
전체 미분양 주택은 2천650가구로
전달과 비교해 5.2%,
130가구 늘어난 것으로 나타났습니다.

미분양 문제 심화 등 주택 경기 침체가 장기화되면서
지난해 제주지역 주택 인허가 건수는 2천200건으로
관련 통계가 작성된 1990년 이후 세 번째로 낮았습니다.
