The number of unsold homes in Jeju declined only slightly in April, remaining at a persistently high level.

According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, unsold housing units stood at 2,700, down 0.8 percent from the
previous month.

Completed but unsold homes have hit a record high, totaling about 2,200 units.

That is roughly 80 percent of all unsold inventory, and edged down just 0.4 percent from the previous month.

In addition, home sales in Jeju reached 653 transactions in April, up 4.1 percent from the prior month and 16.8 percent from a year earlier.

한 달 전보다 0.8% 감소했습니다.

역대 최고 수준으로 쌓인 준공후 미분양 주택은
전체 미분양의 80% 수준인
2천200여가구로
지난달보다 0.4% 줄어드는데 그쳤습니다.

아울러 지난4월 제주에서 매매 거래된 주택은 653건으로
전달보다 4.1%,
1년 전보다는 16.8% 각각 증가했습니다.
