More ‘promotion points’ for some office of ed. employees
Everyone with at least 3 children

Employees of the provincial office of education will get additional points toward a promotion if they have three or more children.

The office has released revised personnel management criteria.

Workers will qualify for the extra promotion points when they transfer to rural schools. In addition, they will obtain 0.006 more points for having more than two children beginning next March.

The points awarded will be the same for those assigned to rural areas of Jeju City and Seogwipo.

도교육청, 다자녀 교육공무원 승진가산점

세 자녀 이상을 둔 교육공무원에게 승진 심사시 가산점이 부여됩니다.

제주도교육청은 이 같은 내용을 골자로 한 인사관리기준 개정안을 공고했습니다.

이에 따라 내년 3월부터는 다자녀를 둔 교육공무원에게 전보 가산점수 뿐만 아니라 최대 0.006점의 승진 가산점이 주어집니다.

또 농어촌 초등학교 근무에 따른 불만 해소를 위해 도서지역 가산점수를 제주시와 서귀포시 근무학교를 구분하지 않고 부여하기로 했습니다.
