Free flu shots for seniors
Program runs from Oct. 1 to Nov. 15th

To help protect senior citizens from catching the flu, starting from October, those over the age of sixty-five will be eligible for free vaccinations.

Programs will be offered at health centers, clinics and hospitals across the island.


The provincial government signed a consignment contract with one-hundred forty-eight local clinics and hospitals which had applied to participate in the program.

Free flu shots at local clinics and hospitals are only available from October 1st through November 15th.

With this agreement, local authorities hope that the island’s senior citizens will have prompt access to these free vaccinations.


내달부터 병·의원에서도 어르신 독감 무료접종

65살 이상 어르신에 대한 독감 무료접종이
다음달부터 보건소는 물론 동네 병의원에서도 이뤄집니다.

이에 따라 제주특별자치도는 공모를 통해 신청된 병의원 148곳과 위탁계약 체결을 마무리했습니다.

대신 병의원에서의 접종은 다음달 1일부터 11월 15일까지로 한정됩니다.
제주도는 이같은 제도시행으로 무료접종을 받기 위해
장시간 기다려야 하는 불편이 사라질 것으로 기대하고 있습니다.
