Support proposed for rural private lodging facilities
Four provincial councilors seeking public opinion on plans

Authorities plan to draw up policies and measures to systematically foster and support private lodging facilities in rural farming and fishing villages.

Four provincial council members, (위성곤) Wui Seong-gon, (강연호) Kang Yeon-ho, (고용호) Ko Yong-ho, and (박원철) Park Won-cheol, have submitted a detailed proposal for an ordinance aimed at doing so. They are now gathering public opinion on the matter.

The ordinance calls for repeating five-year plans on the establishment of private lodging accommodations and yearly studies to determine the current state of the facilities that are built.

The proposal also calls for the creation of a deliberation committee to oversee the initiative in order to administer government subsidies for it.

농어촌민박 육성정책·지원방안 마련

제주도내 농어촌 민박에 대한 체계적인 육성정책과 지원방안이 마련됩니다.

제주도의회 위성곤 의원과 강연호 의원, 고용호 의원, 박원철 의원은 이같은 내용을 담은 농어촌 민박 지원 조례를 공동 발의하고 도민들의 의견을 수렴하고 있습니다.

이번 조례안은 농어촌 민박 육성 기본 계획을 5년마다 수립하고,
매년 실태조사를 진행하는 내용을 담고 있습니다.

또 제주도 농어촌민박지원대상 심의위원회를 설치해
보조금 사업을 진행하는 내용도 포함됐습니다.
