Festive events lined up for ‘Autumn Tourism Week’
Windsurfing, walking, golf, etc.

A string of festive events are lined up in Jeju for the so-called "autumn tourism week," which will run from October 19th to November 1st.

Jeju Starlight World Park and Planetarium will hold a four-day “Moonlight Sonata” event, which begins October 23rd. It will combine telescope observations with musical concerts.

The Olle Walking Festival will then be on the 30th and 31st. Participants will walk through Gimnyeong, by the Haenyeo Museum, and into Jongdal-ri.

Also planned are sporting events such as the Jeju Open National Windsurfing Contest and the (돌이멩이) Dolimaengi Golf Tournament.

Jeju City will run emergency centers throughout the period to deal with visitors’ problems and complaints.


가을 관광주간 올레 걷기축제 등 이벤트 다채

오는 19일부터 다음달 1일까지 이어지는 가을 관광주간 제주시 지역에서 다채로운 이벤트가 열립니다.

우선 제주별빛누리공원에서는 오는 23일부터 사흘동안 음악공연과 천체관측을 체험할 수 있는 '달빛 소나타' 행사가 마련됩니다. 또 올레 걷기축제가 오는 30일과 31일 이틀동안
김녕에서 해녀박물관, 종달리 일원에서 열립니다.

이외에도 제주오픈 전국윈드서핑대회와 돌이멩이골프대회 등
다채로운 스포츠 이벤트가 마련됩니다.

제주시는 관광주간 종합상황실을 운영해 관광객들의 불편사항을
해소해 나갈 계획입니다.
