Dream Tower construction to begin in November
Casino, hotel, other facilities planned for twin skyscrapers

Construction is set to begin in November on the Dream Tower resort complex in Yeon-dong Jeju City.

The Lotte Tour Development Company has worked out funding issues for what it’s calling the Dream Tower Casino Resort Complex and plans to begin work this month.

The company received a contract fee of 100 billion won for the development of the casino and hotel from Dongwha Investment Development and it invested 56.5 million shares of its own stock into the project.

That means Lotte Tour Development Company controls 59.02% of the stock in the Jeju Dream Tower casino and shopping mall, giving it effective control over the entire project.

이번 현물 출자로 롯데관광개발은 제주 드림타워 카지노 복합리조트의 호텔과 외국인전용 카지노, 쇼핑몰 등의 전체 지분 가운데 59.02%를 소유하게 돼 실질적인 주인이 됐습니다.
