Local lawmakers are considering a bill that would normalize the (사려니) Saryeoni Forest shuttle bus service, which was found to be in violation of election law.

The provincial council is reviewing a proposal that includes funding for bus operations and the development of regular bus routes.

The buses started running on a trial basis in September, but they have caused an uproar ever since it was determined that the service runs counter to election law.
