Seongsan-eup land prices rise most on island in 3Q
Up 3.75%, average in Jeju was 2.82%

In the third quarter this year, Jeju land prices grew at their fastest pace in Seongsan-eup, the site where Jeju’s second airport will be built.

According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, land prices in Seongsan-eup rose by 3.75 percent, followed by 3.67 percent in (법환동) Beophwan-dong, (서호동) Seoho-dong and (호근동) Hogeun-dong.

Seongsan-eup’s figure was the 26th highest in the nation. Neighborhoods in Naju, South Jeolla Province and Sejong City topped the list.

Overall, prices in Jeju were up an average of 2.82 percent over the same period. That was the second highest growth among all of the nation’s provinces and main cities. Only Daegu prices grew by a faster rate.

제2공항 건설 입지로 선정된 서귀포시 성산읍이 올 3분기 도내에서 지가 상승률이 가장 높았던 것으로 나타났습니다.

국토교통부에 따르면 올 3분기 도내 지가 상승률은 지난해 같은 기간과 비교해
성산읍이 3.75％로 가장 높았고 법환동과 서호동, 호근동이 3.67％로 뒤를 이었습니다.

성산읍의 지가 상승률은 같은 기간 전국적으로도 전남 나주시 빛가람동과 세종시 한솔·나성동 등에 이어 전국에서 상위 26위를 기록했습니다.

제주지역 전체 지가 상승률은 2.82％로 전국 시도별 지가 상승률 가운데 대구에 이어 두 번째로 높았습니다.
