Overseas voting registration begins
Registration to vote in 2016 legislative elections ends February 13

Overseas voting registration for next year’s legislative elections began Sunday at 169 diplomatic offices around the world.

Korean citizens residing or traveling overseas are eligible to vote and can register in advance at any Korean consulate or online, via the National Election Commission’s website.

Registration closes on February 13th. Overseas Koreans will be able to cast their ballots March 30th through April 4th.


모레부터 국회의원선거 국외부재자신고

제20대 국회의원 선거를 앞두고 국외 부재자신고가 모레(15일)부터 내년 2월 13일까지 진행됩니다.

신고 대상은 주민등록이나 국내거소 신고가 되어 있는 유학생과 주재원, 여행자 등으로, 직접 재외 공관을 방문하거나 중앙선거관리위원회 홈페이지를 통해 가능합니다.

부재자 투표는 내년 3월 30일부터 4월 4일까지 재외 투표소에서 할 수 있습니다.
