KCTV seeking nominees for multicultural awards
Submissions being accepted through December 11

KCTV Jeju is seeking nominees for its third annual multicultural awards.

This year, awards will be given in four categories: one for non-Koreans who have moved to Jeju and created successful lives for themselves here; one for a multicultural family that has served as a role model for others; one for a child or teenager who excels in a particular field and belongs to a multicultural family; and finally, a special award will be given to a group or individual for their contribution to society. A total of 10 million won in cash prizes will be awarded.

KCTV is also accepting essays about the daily life of multicultural families, including personal experiences and observations. The essay contest is open to anyone residing in Jeju, whether they were born here or not. Three essays will be awarded.

제3회 KCTV 다문화 대상 - 생활수기 공모

KCTV 제주방송이 제3회 다문화 대상과 생활수기 공모전을 개최합니다.

다문화대상의 경우 지금까지의 틀을 바꿔 최우수 다문화가정 개인에 주어지는 대상과 화목하고 모범이 되는 행복가정상, 과학이나 문화, 예술, 스포츠 분야에서 장래유망한 다문화가족의 어린이나 청소년을
선발하는 미래꿈나무상, 특별공로가 인정되는 단체나 개인을 위한 특별공로상 등 4개 부분으로 나눠 시상되며 시상금은 총 1천만원입니다.

또 생활수기 공모전은 결혼 이민자의 삶의 애환과 에피소드, 다문화가정과 관련한 경험담을 담은 내용이면 되며, 다문화가정은 물론 제주도민 누구나 참여할 수 있습니다.

최우수와 우수, 장려상 등 수상작에는 상장과 함께 상금이 지급됩니다.
