Jeju Cup Judo Tournament begins Nov. 29 at Halla Gymnasium
Nearly 3,000 competitors from Korea, other countries

The 15th Jeju Cup Judo Tournament begins November 29th at Halla Gymnasium.

About 80 international contestants have registered for the four-day event, including competitors from Singapore, Japan, China, and Hong Kong. They will be joining some 2,700 Korean contestants from 305 schools across the nation, including elementary, middle and high schools as well as universities.

34 more teams are taking part this year than in 2014, making this year’s tournament the largest ever.

Individual matches will be decided this Thursday.


제주컵유도대회 29일 한라체육관서 개막

제15회 제주컵유도대회가 오는 29일부터 나흘동안 제주시 한라체육관에서 열립니다.

국내 유일의 종합유도대회인 이번 대회에는 싱가포르과 일본, 중국과 홍콩 등 4개국 80여명의 선수단을 비롯해 국내 초,중,고,대학, 일반부 등 305개 팀 2천7여 명의 선수가 출전합니다.

이는 지난해보다 34개 팀이 더 늘어난 것으로 역대 최대 규모입니다.

대진 추첨은 오는 19일 대한유도회에서 진행되며 오는 29일 한라체육관에서 개회식이 진행됩니다.
