First ‘Edu-city Fair’ this Saturday
1,000 expected to attend event in Jeju Global Education City

The first-ever Edu-city Fair will be held this Saturday in the Jeju Global Education City in (대정읍) Daejeong-eup.

The event is being organized by the provincial government and the Jeju Free International City Development Center. About 1,000 people are expected to attend, including students and teachers from the city’s three international schools as well as parents, local residents, and other visitors.

The main events for the fair are performances by students and local residents, a flea-market, and a farmers’ market.

제1회 영어교육도시 어울림 행사가 오는 21일 오후 대정읍 영어교육도시 일대에서 열립니다.

제주특별자치도와 제주국제자유도시개발센터가 공동 주최하는 이번 행사는 영어교육도시 내 3개 국제학교 학생과 교직원, 학부모, 정주민, 이주민, 일반 방문객 등 1천여명이 참가한 가운데 다양한 프로그램으로 진행됩니다.

주요프로그램을 보면 학생과 지역주민들이 참가하는 다양한 공연은 물론 농축수산물 시식과 직거래 장터, 벼룩시장 등입니다.
