Lawmakers to discuss Jeju Special Law amendment
Change would allow work to resume on Yerae Resort Complex

National Assembly lawmakers this week are expected to pass a Jeju Special Law amendment that would allow work to resume at the Yerae Resort Complex.

The Public Administration and Security Committee will hold a plenary session on Tuesday. Committee members are expected to pass the proposed amendment to the Jeju Special Law that would shift the land ministry’s responsibilities regarding the Yerae Resort Complex to the provincial government.

Meanwhile, the Strategy and Finance Committee’s taxation subcommittee on Monday discussed an amendment that would extend the tax breaks currently enjoyed by golf clubs.


국회, 다음주 유원지 특별법 개정안 처리

예래휴양형 주거단지와 관련된 제주특별법 개정 법률안과 골프장 개별소비세 감면 연장 관련 법안이 다음 주 국회에서 다뤄질 예정입니다.

국회 안전행정위원회는 오는 24일, 전체회의를 열고 유원지 결정과 설치기준 권한을 도지사에게 이양하는 내용의 제주특별법 일부 개정 법률안을 처리할 계획입니다.

아울러 국회 기획재정위원회 조세소위원회도 오는 23일 제주지역 골프장 개별소비세 감면 기한 연장 관련 법안을 처리할 방침입니다.
