JDC to sell Jeju Healthcare Town land via auction
3 plots covering 20,000 square meters available

The Jeju Free International City Development Center is looking for investors who want to buy land in the Jeju Healthcare Town, which the JDC is developing.

Three plots, covering a total of 20,000 square meters, will be auctioned off. Over 70 percent of the land is slated to be used for medical facilities, while the remaining is set aside for commercial use.

The groundwork for the Jeju Healthcare Town is now 85 percent complete. The JDC plans to hold another investment auction next year... for the sites where a hospital, rehab center, and healthcare center will be built.

JDC, 헬스케어타운 의료·근린시설 용지 분양

제주국제자유도시개발센터가 제주헬스케어타운의 의료와 근린생활시설 일부 용지를 분양합니다.

이번에 분양하는 용지는 3필지에 2만 제곱미터 규모로 필지별로 70% 이상은 의료시설, 30% 이하를 근린생활시설 분양조건이며 경쟁입찰방식으로 공급됩니다.

현재 제주헬스케어타운의 부지조성공사는 85%의 공정률을 보이고 있으며 JDC는 내년에 추가적으로 전문병원과 재활훈련센터, 헬스케어센터 등의 의료시설 용지를 분양할 예정입니다.
