Jeju Air announces hike in cancellation fees
No more refunds for discounted tickets

Jeju Air says it will more than double its cancellation fees on Monday.

The budget airline company says that from January 11th, the cancellation charge for a round-trip ticket will go from the 4,000 to 10,000 won.

Also, refunds will no longer be available for discounted tickets.

Currently, Jeju Air charges a no-show penalty of 100,000 won for guests who do not cancel bookings before flight departure when they are not able to board the flight.

제주항공이 국내선 환불 수수료를 인상하기로 해 논란이 되고 있습니다.

제주항공은 오는 11일부터 발권하는 국내선 항공권에 대해
왕복 기준 환불 수수료를 현재 4천에서 최대 1만 원으로 인상하기로 했습니다.

또 할인 폭이 큰 특가운임 항공권에 대해서는 환불 또는 변경할 수 없도록 했습니다.

현재 제주항공은 사전 취소없이 탑승하지 않은 승객이 환불할 경우
환불 수수료 외에 10만 원을 추가로 부과하고 있습니다.
