Special support office to open in Seongsan
Officials to expand communication channels with locals on airport issues

The province will open a special support office in Seongsan to expand communication with villagers regarding concerns and complaints about the planned airport there.

The office will be headed by Jeju’s Vice governor of state affairs Kim Bang-hoon. Officials will carry out house-to-house visits to hear residents’ concerns. They will also have lawyers and certified public accountants provide consultation sessions to discuss legal issues.

A signboard-hanging ceremony for the office was held on Wednesday, but it was only attended by Governor Won Heeryong and a small number of other officials.

면담과 호별방문, 전문 상담을 통해 각종 정보를 제공하게 됩니다.

변호사와 공인회계사, 법무사 등 전문가를 위촉해 전문가 자문도 받을 수 있도록 했습니다.

하지만 오늘 성산읍 특별지원사무소 설치와 현판식에는 원희룡 지사 등 일부 인사만 참여했습니다.
