LH to supply 560 new rental homes in Samhwa
Construction to be complete by September 2017

The Korea Land and Housing Corporation plans to build 560 new rental homes in the Samhwa district.

The state-run corporation, commonly known as LH, says it will build 13 apartment buildings there by September 2017.

People who do not own a home can apply to rent one of the units. In ten years they will be available for sale at 90 percent of the market price.

LH plans to start accepting applications for the new rental units this April.

LH가 삼화지구에 공공임대 주택 560세대를 공급합니다.

이를 위해 내년 9월까지 삼화지구 제 5공구에
공공임대 아파트 13동에
560세대 준공을 목표로 지난해 말 착공에 들어갔습니다.

이번에 공급되는 공공임대 주택은
임대기간이 10년인 분양전환형 주택으로
대상은 무주택세대구성원이며,
임대료는 주변 시세의 90% 수준입니다.

LH는 오는 4월 쯤 입주자를 모집할 계획입니다.
