Emergency medical treatment over holidays
ERs to open 24/7; hundreds of clinics, pharmacies open during day

Hospitals will remain open for medical emergencies during the upcoming Lunar New Year holidays.

The provincial government has announced that seven hospital emergency rooms will be running around the clock for the full five-day holiday period, which begins Saturday.

In addition, all public health centers, 280 private clinics, and 130 pharmacies across Jeju will be open during the day for the duration.

Authorities will also heighten disease monitoring in an effort to prevent the spread of any viruses.

설 연휴 비상진료 체계를 가동합니다.

도내 7개 응급의료기관을 24시간 진료 체계로 운영하고,
병의원 280여 곳과 휴일지킴이 약국 130여 곳도
별도로 지정해 운영하기로 했습니다.
모든 보건소에서는 연휴 기간에도
오전 9시부터 오후 6시까지 정상 진료할 계획입니다.

이와함께 귀성객 이동에 따른 감염병 발생에 대비해
질병 모니터링 체계를 강화하기로 했습니다.
