JNU has fewest foreign teaching staff members in nation
Only 5 at the end of 2014

Jeju National University employs the fewest non-Korean teaching staff members among all nine of the country’s state-run universities.

According to data released by the Ministry of Education on its website, JNU had only five full-time foreign teachers at the end of 2014.

Kyungpook (경북) National University had the most, with 20 foreign teaching staff members… followed by Pusan (부산) National University with 16, (충남) Chungnam National University with 13, and (전남) Chonnam National University with 12.

전국 거점 국립대학교 가운데 최하위로 나타났습니다.

교육부 대학정보 공시 사이트인 '대학알리미'에 따르면
2014년 말 기준 제주대 외국인 전임교원 수는 모두 5명으로
전국 9개 거점 국립대 가운데 가장 적었습니다.

경북대학교가 20명으로 거점 국립대 가운데 가장 많았고
부산대학교가 16명, 충남대와 전남대학교가 13명과 12명으로 뒤를 이었습니다.
