Jeju Credit Guarantee Foundation secures more funding
\200m from KEB Hana Bank will be used for loans to small businesses

The Jeju Credit Guarantee Foundation has secured 200 million won in funding for small businesses from KEB Hana Bank.

The foundation has announced it will provide credit worth 15-fold the contributed amount, or 3 billion won, to small businesses across the island.

To be eligible, companies must have been registered in Jeju for at least three months. Each firm can receive up to 50 million won.

The Jeju Credit Guarantee Foundation last year secured 500 million won in funding from Lotte Duty Free Shop, Jeju Bank, Shinhan Bank and Nonghyup Bank. It has made a total of 8.1 billion won in loans available to local businesses.

제주신용보증, KEB하나은행 특별출연금 유치

제주신용보증재단이 KEB하나은행으로부터 지역 소기업과 소상공인 금융지원을 위한
특별출연금 2억원을 유치했습니다.

제주신용보증재단은 오늘(12일) 회의실에서 KEB하나은행과 업무협약을 체결하고, 특별출연금 2억원을 유치했다고 밝혔습니다.

신용보증재단은 하나은행의 특별출연금을 토대로 15배인 30억원을 소상공인들에게 신용보증 할 계획입니다.

보증 대상은 제주도내에 소재하고 사업자등록 후 3개월이 경과한 소상공인을 대상으로 업체당 최대 5천만원까지 지원됩니다.

제주신용보증재단은 지난해 전국 최초로 롯데면세점을 시작으로, 제주은행, 신한은행, 농협은행으로부터 5억원의 특별출연금을 확보하는 등 모두 81억원의 출연금을 조성해놓고 있습니다.
