Applications open for additional income tax refunds
For returns filed since 2011

You can now file additional tax returns to receive previously unclaimed tax refunds.

According to the Korea Federation of Taxpayers, people can file for refunds earned over the past five years by visiting nearby tax offices, or online through the National Tax Service homepage.

Anyone owed a refund on a tax return filed on or after 2011 is eligible to apply.

오늘 부터 연말정산 추가 환급 신청

연말정산 때 놓친 공제 항목을 개인적으로 신청해 추가 환급을 받는 '근로소득 경정청구'가 오늘(11일)부터 실시됩니다.

한국납세자연맹에 따르면 연말정산 시 소득공제 등을 누락해 추가 환급이 가능한 근로자의 경우 오늘부터 주소지 관할 세무서 또는 국세청 홈페이지에서
환급 신청이 가능합니다.

경정 청구 기간은 오늘부터 5년 동안으로 지난 2011년 귀속분부터 신청할 수 있습니다.
