Evaluations of potential military draftees through April 8
First year psychological assessments will be part of process

Potential military service draftees in Jeju are being evaluated through early next month to see if they are fit for service.

Officials at the Jeju branch of the state-run Military Manpower Administration will conduct the evaluations of Jeju’s 4,300 or so 19-year-old potential draftees. All of the young men were born in the year 1997.

For the first time, registrants will this year be subjected to a psychological evaluation.

징병검사연기 사유가 없는 4천 300여 명입니다.

특히 올해부터는
종합 심리검사제도가 도입되는 등
현역판정 기준이 다소 강화됐습니다.
