Greenland Group choses Chinese contractor for Dream Tower
CSCEC to build \700b twin skyscrapers

The Greenland Group has selected a construction company to carry out its Dream Tower project in Nohyeong-dong, with work expected to begin as early as next month.

A deal was signed Tuesday between the Greenland Group and the China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) in Shanghai, where the Greenland Group is headquartered.

Greenland Group officials said that after six months of screening for a construction company to build the Dream Tower, they finally signed the deal with the CSCEC under the agreement that the company would complete the work regardless of any financial issues that may arise in the process.

Established in 1982, the CSCEC is China’s largest contractor, with recorded sales totalling 140 trillion won as of 2014. The Greenland Group, is China’s largest real estate developer.

The Dream Tower is will be twin 38-storey buildings that house a hotel, a casino, and other facilities for tourists. The project is expected to cost 700 billion won, and it’s slated for completion in 2019.

시공사인 중국건축고분유한공사는 1982년 설립됐으며 지난 2014년 기준 매출액이 140조원에 달하는
중국 최대 국영종합건설사입니다.

지상 38층 규모로 관광호텔과 일반호텔, 카지노 시설이 들어서는 드림타워 카지노 리조트의 건축비는 7천억원이며 2019년 완공될 예정입니다.
