Public tourist attraction sites in Jeju to be evaluated
May through November

An annual inspection of public tourist attraction sites is about to begin.

The provincial government will visit and assess public tourist attractions between May and November. Inspectors will evaluate each site’s level of customer service, information provided, facilities, and the degree to which operations are being improved.

Local officials will visit a total of 30 sites, including Seongsan Sunrise Peak and Hallasan National Park.

The province will also rate each location on their marketing strategies and other efforts to attract more visitors.

Last year, Jeolmul Natural Recreation Forest, Jeju Starlight World Park and Planetarium, the Seogwipo Mandarin Orange Museum, and the Jeju Museum of Art were named excellent tourist attractions based on the results of the inspections. 제주도내 공영관광지 운영실태 평가 진행

운영 개선 노력 등에 대한 평가를 실시합니다.

또, 관광객 유입을 위한 자체 노력 등 관광객 유치 마케팅 부분도 심사항목에 포함해 평가합니다.
