50th Jeju Provincial Sports Festival flame to be lit April 28
Nearly 20,000 participants this year

Organizers say the flame for the 50th Jeju Provincial Sports Festival will be lit at 8 in the morning on April 28th at (삼성혈) Samseonghyeol in Jeju City.

A relay will then begin from there. Runners will bring it to Joongang Rotary, Gimnyeong Elementary School, and all parts of the island. Jeju was divided up into 50 sections for the run.

More than 19,000 people have signed up to take part in the three-day festival. It begins April 29th at the Jeju Sports Complex.

한편 이번 도민체전은 오는 29일터 사흘동안
제주시 제주종합경기장을 메인경기장으로
선수와 임원 1만9천374명이 참가할 예정입니다.
